The center stressed the need to adhere to the safety instructions that are provided by the operator, and to ride bicycles and electric bikes in the lanes designated for them when found, pointing out that in the absence of them, these bicycles must be used on secondary roads only where the speed does not exceed 20 kilometers. per hour and on the right side of the road, or roads and sidewalks on which the use of bicycles and electric bicycles is permitted.
He stated that bicycles and electric bicycles must be used in a safe manner at all times, with caution and avoiding any actions that may endanger the life and safety of its users and others.
