Today it came out in theaters Inside Out 2animation film by Pixar which is a sequel to the original that we saw in 2015, and it goes without saying that it was critically acclaimed at the time, resulting in taking home the Oscar statuette. And now that the sequel is in theaters, it has already been announced what the press thinks about it, after all, experts in the cinematographic part have had access to the film several days before to form an opinion.
By the time this note is being written, the film has managed to accumulate 92% in the ratings of the famous website Rotten Tomatoes, and that means that the production is within what is considered a fresh product, so it is recommended for the public to see. Opinions arise in which it is first mentioned that the animation technique is remarkable, to which is added the congruence of the script and that the intention of the original was not spoiled despite having new characters.
Here are some opinions:
The Atlantic: I laughed enough at the new thrills to essentially enjoy Inside Out 2. But while it’s often charming and relatable, it’s a disappointment considering the heights such a project could reach.
CNN: A wonderfully clever sequel that ages the concept with a dreaded word: puberty. Whatever the age, there’s a lot to like in a film that delivers the requisite laughs and sweetness, while also managing to feel quite profound.
Empire Magazine: This is probably your best movie since Coco and your best sequel since Toy Story 3.
IGN Movies: Inside Out 2 is more of a metaphor than a meaning. It explains a lot about the confusing emotions associated with puberty, often intelligently, but rarely allows you to feel or experience them like its predecessor did.
Remember that the film is now available in theaters, at least in Mexico. He June 14th premieres worldwide.

Author’s note: With those ratings, it’s very possible that Pixar will finally be relevant again after so many failed projects starting with the Buzz Lightyear solo film. We will have to go to the cinema and enjoy it first-hand.
