Rdc, clarifications arrive from INPS for the month of February
Announcements on the amounts of Basic income: clarifications on the application of the rule that aligns the calculation of the installments of the Basic income compared to other perceived care treatments.
The determination of the monthly payment of the Basic incomeit is explained in a note, is calculated with reference to the “family income“, in turn determined on the basis of what is present in Isee as the sum of income and exempt treatments (not subject to Irpef), received by all members of the family unit.
The amounts considered are those relating to two years prior to the submission of the single substitute declaration (dsu). Therefore, for theyear 2022, in general, i incomes and treatments of all the components of the nucleus received in 2020.
Between welfare treatments significant include, for example, the grants to household / checks family allowances from municipalities to large families,social allowance / social pensionthe purchase card and more.
As a consequence of the application of the new discipline, explains INPS, ”variations may occur in the amount of the installment of the RDC / Pdc performance compared to what was previously received, in particular in situations where the thresholds provided for by the law are exceeded, forfeiture of the benefit, rejection of the application presented in the initial investigation phase ”.
In February the installments of citizenship income, the Institute specifies, were determined, due to technical problems, only for a partial audience with the application of the law decree 4/2019. ” We will then proceed with the recalculation of the installments as soon as possible ”.
