Dhe shares of Daimler Truck and Hannover Re will be included in the Dax from March 21. As Deutsche Börse announced late Thursday evening, they will replace the papers from Beiersdorf and Siemens Energy there.
Both listings are based on the fast-entry rule, according to which companies that are among the 33 most valuable listed companies in Germany are included in the Dax. Daimler Truck, the truck division of the Daimler Group, only went public in December. With a market value of almost 20 billion euros, the Daimler company was able to qualify for the Dax immediately.
The race was much tighter for Hannover Re, who just about achieved the required 33rd place. Hannover Re had already been a member of the Dax for six months in 2009. Beiersdorf is now descending from the Dax again after less than five months. Siemens Energy, the power plant division of the Siemens Group, stayed in the Dax for almost a year.
Delivery Hero were able to just about secure their place in the Dax despite a sharp drop in the price. RTL, Sixt and Siltronic replace the shares of Compugroup, Hella and Auto1 in the M-Dax. The shares of Verbio are included in the Tec-Dax, the shares of SMA Solar have to give way. Adesso is included in the S-Dax for the Global Fashion Group.
