The Australian tour of more than two months between India and Australia is scheduled to begin on 27 November. Before the start of this tour, Australia’s star all-rounder player Marcus Stoinis said that Virat Kohli gives his hundred percent every time on the field and his team is preparing in the same manner to meet the challenge of the Indian captain. Kohli, however, will return to India at Paternity Leave after six limited overs matches and the opening Test match to be played in Adelaide.
According to ESPNcricinfo, Stoinis said don’t worry about Virat. He gives his everything in every match. There will probably be additional motivation, but I don’t think any additional motivation is greater than 110 percent. They see that. I am sure he (Kohli) will be ready to go (India). He is going home for the birth of his child, which in my opinion is the right decision. So I’m sure he will be extra inspired.

Stoinis said coach Justin Langer and his team would have full strategy to counter the Indian captain, one of the best batsmen of White Ball cricket. He said that of course we are aware of our strategies. We have worked on such a scheme in the past, and many times the plan did not succeed and he managed to score runs.
The all-rounder, who took 13 wickets in the Indian Premier League last season with 352 runs, said he would like to repeat this performance in the limited-overs series against India starting on 27 November. He said that hopefully I will keep that (IPL) rhythm, things have not changed much. The Delhi Capitals player said that having Ricky Ponting in his IPL team as a coach was beneficial.
