The document specifies that we are talking about foreigners who work on the basis of patents. Also, on the territory of the region, migrants will not be able to work on suburban transport and in freight transport.
Employers using labor migrants in the listed types of work must, by March 1, 2022, bring their number “in accordance with this decree.”
The decree will enter into force on January 1, 2022.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Construction Irek Fayzullin announced the readiness of any Russian region to do without migrants at construction sites on one condition: for this, you first need to train personnel.
