In the city of Bogorodsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, a 40-year-old man was detained who opened fire near a cafe. About it reported in the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.
The incident took place on October 16 at an institution located on Lenin Street. According to the investigation, a visitor to the cafe “out of hooligan motives pointed an object used as a weapon at the 17-year-old employee of the establishment.” Frightened, the girl ran out of the room. After that, the man went outside and fired at least two shots there.
The location of the suspect was established on October 20. A criminal case was initiated against the detainee under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism, that is, a gross violation of public order, expressing obvious disrespect for society, committed with the use of weapons).
Earlier in Moscow, on Marksistskaya Street, an unknown person opened fire from a traumatic pistol. According to media reports, the three men quarreled outside a cafe in the city center, after which one of them took out a pistol and started shooting. All three were injured, but only one victim went to the hospital.
