According to the source, a local resident came to the center of public services and complained that he could not receive the QR code for a long time after being vaccinated. During the dispute, he told the employees that he had a gun at home, recalling the tragedy that had taken place in Moscow. The man threatened to return with a weapon three days later, after which he left.
Law enforcers identified the visitor, it turned out to be 42-year-old Dmitry S. On the fact of the incident, a check is underway.
