The footage shows a man with a beard and wearing a baseball cap leading a woman through the yard of one of the local residential complexes, holding her by the hair. Then he grabs her neck and tries to strangle her, and when she falls, he pulls her by the arms along the asphalt. All this time, a crying girl walks next to the couple.
The neighbors try to reason with the attacker and threaten him with the police. According to Mash, the criminal fled as soon as he saw law enforcement officers. The woman is alive, an ambulance was called for her.
Earlier in Cheboksary, a deputy’s assistant dragged his wife by the hair along the side of the road and pushed her into a jeep. The woman tried to resist, but none of the passing motorists intervened in the conflict.
