Rostourism, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, has launched a new service for tourists stuck abroad at the State Services – now Russians can use the feedback form. Writes about it TASS with reference to the department’s statement.
On behalf of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, Rostourism and the Ministry of Digital Development have come up with another way to help Russians who are having difficulty returning to their homeland. It is noted that through the feedback form on the State Services, tourists can transfer data about their location and information about the return ticket.

So, on the basis of these data, Rostourism and Rosaviatsia will correct the lists of Russian tourists abroad and help them return home. At present, the departments continue to work on an ongoing basis to organize the return of domestic travelers to Russia. Every day they are delivered to the country by regular and charter flights.
Nevertheless, the Federal Tourism Agency recommended that tourists who cannot wait to consider the existing options for self-returning home through third countries, including flights by foreign airlines, as well as rail and bus transport.
Earlier in March, Montenegro, one of the last European countries whose skies were open to Russian airlines, closed its airspace to domestic aviation. Earlier, European countries closed their airspace to Russian aircraft amid a special operation in Ukraine. As a response, the Russian authorities have restricted flights for airlines from 36 countries.
