In the center of Nizhny Novgorod on August 29, an 11-year-old boy with autism was attacked by an ice cream seller, the regional department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
According to the department, the woman grabbed the boy by the neck and did not let him out, and also shouted that the child was “abnormal”.
The child’s mother said that he has autism, but the boy is calm and peaceful.
In her defense, the ice cream vendor said the child allegedly “scared away” other children.
“Why are you letting him out in a public place? He scared all the kids! Get help!” – the saleswoman told the boy’s mother.
After the incident, the mother of the child filed a complaint against the woman with the police. Law enforcement officers identified and interviewed participants and witnesses, and also got acquainted with the video made by the victim. The boy was sent for a forensic medical examination, which should establish the severity of the harm caused to the child’s health. After receiving its results, the police will give a legal assessment of what happened.
On August 31, in the Moscow region, a woman attacked children. According to Izvestia, she shook one child by the cheeks, and bit the second.
Parents of children say that an aggressive woman regularly kicks, insults and gives cuffs to the kids. At the same time, there is no information about her yet. The female aggressor refused to communicate with the Izvestia correspondent.
It is noted that she could face both a fine and imprisonment for up to two years. Checks are being carried out now.
