On the morning of January 23, in an apartment on Rybakov Street, Sormovsky District, a 20-year-old man fired at least three shots at a woman, and then committed suicide. The 33-year-old victim was taken to the city hospital. Her condition is assessed as serious.
According to preliminary data, the crime took place in an apartment rented by the deceased man. It is also known that he used an unregistered weapon.
At present, investigators continue to work at the scene. A criminal case was initiated under part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder).
