The Prime Minister of Denmark, Mette Frederiksen, of the Social Democratic Party, has followed a policy of dismantling “ghettos” in the country during her tenure, measures that are already among the most radical in Europe. For a neighborhood to be considered a “parallel society” or ghetto, it must meet certain criteria. Among them, 50% or more of the population must be of non-Western origin.
