Press Secretary of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko Natalya Eismont during the broadcast of the channel “Glavniy.Tour” on Youtube told that the leader of the republic is aware of the interest from the Russian media.
“About four dozen requests are in my folder on my desk at the Palace of Independence: Western, Arab world – it is clear that they are now very interested, and in principle all regions,” said Eismont.
She noted that Minsk “understands perfectly” that Lukashenka has not spoken to major Russian federal media for a long time. “And we hear signals from both (journalists) Vladimir Rudolfovich Solovyov and Dmitry Konstantinovich Kiselev. We have everything planned out, ”Eismont emphasized.
She promised to organize an interview with Lukashenka with “our Russian friends and colleagues” at the end of the year and “take stock of a good year in terms of integration”. The spokeswoman added that she “is looking for a window for at least a brief communication between the president and foreign media” every day.
Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko spoke in an interview with the BBC about the possibility of Russia and NATO being drawn into a nuclear war. “If we unleash a war here, in Belarus, NATO will be involved, Russia will be involved. This is a nuclear war, ”the Belarusian leader shared his opinion. He also noted that the Second World War has not yet been settled with the Belarusian people.
