The Public Prosecution indicated that the penalty for anyone who conducts the crime of organized beggary (which is committed by an organized group of two or more people), is imprisonment for a period of no less than six months and a fine of no less than 100,000 dirhams, in accordance with Article 476 of Federal Decree-Law No. 31 For the year 2021, regarding the issuance of the Crimes and Penalties Law.
The same penalty applies to anyone who recruits people to the state to use them in the crime of organized beggary.
