First-person shooter Immortals of Aveum has been updated with FSR 3 and the addition of HDR, much to the delight of technoenthusiasts.
The fantasy first-person shooter Immortals of Aveum has been updated with the addition of FSR 3 and HDRas explained by the developers of Ascendant Studio on official studio blog: “The FSR 3 update you’ve been waiting for is finally here! Immortals of Aveum is the first game to feature AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 3 (FSR 3) with Frame Generation on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series we have implemented HDR on PC.”
The post highlights how the game was constantly updated since launch, despite the problems it had due to unsatisfactory sales, with the addition of highly requested features such as HDR and New Game +.

- HDR on all platforms
- AMD FSR 3 with Frame Generation on all platforms

FSR 3 uses a combination of super-resolution temporal upscaling and frame generation technologies to ensure greater fluidity in supported games. Ascendant Studio said they are thrilled that Immortals of Aveum is the first console game to use this technology: “We are thrilled that Immortals of Aveum is the first game to implement this exciting new technology and we couldn’t have done it without our talented partners at Enduring Games.”
