Warner Bros will launch the sequel to I Am Legend, one of Will Smith’s most famous films. The post-apocalyptic horror world will add its cast to Michael B Jordan, star of Black Panther and Creed. Both will star in and produce the continuation of the story.
The news has been confirmed by the Deadline portal, where it was specified that at the moment “Plot details are being kept under wraps.”

Oscar Akiva Goldsman, who adapted Richard Matheson’s 1954 horror novel for the first film, will return to produce and write the sequel.
Francis Lawrence, who directed the original film, has not been confirmed to return to the director’s chair due to the project being in development.

Through his Instagram account, actor Will Smith posted an image of what appears to be post-apocalyptic New York in which the film takes place.
As soon as it was published, the photograph received several comments in which Internet users have only repeated the same phrase: “I am Legend 2!”
