“Unfortunately, at the moment there may be technical difficulties with processing and tracking the status of orders. We will try to fix everything as quickly as possible, ”the company said in a statement.
On the site, you can specify the expected delivery region, view various categories of goods, but when you try to add the selected item to the cart, an error window appears.
On July 5, IKEA opened a sale of goods that remained in the chain’s warehouses on its official website. Residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Samara and Ufa can make purchases.
The company announced a full withdrawal from Russia on June 15, the furniture and home goods maker decided to sell four Russian factories and reduce the scale of business in the country. Later, the Hoff chain announced that it was ready to consider the possibility of buying production and leasing retail space from IKEA.
