A 34-year-old man from Rome ended up under house arrest on charges of stalking for repeatedly threatening a woman with whom he had had a romantic relationship that lasted a few weeks.
“You'll only be saved if you call me, I'll make you rape”, “I'll make you tear your eyes out of their sockets”: this is the tenor of the messages sent by the 34-year-old to his ex, a 29-year-old from Centocelle.
The story is told by Republic. The man also allegedly photographed himself with a gun which later turned out to actually be a tattoo machine. Furthermore, on at least one occasion, he would wait for his victim outside the house and would then try to kiss her against her will, and then push and bite her once he was clearly rejected.
The woman reported it to the Prenestino district police. The police arrested him in flagrante delicto on the basis of the provisions of the Red Code. The judge for preliminary investigations ordered the precautionary measure of house arrest against him.
