“If there is responsibility on the part of the elements of the National Guard, they will be punished.“, warned this Tuesday the President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) when questioned in his “La Mañanera” press conference, regarding themurder of four women and two minors registered last Monday in the city of León.
