Hewlett Packard Enterprise is in talks to buy Juniper Networks, multinational company founded in 1996 that deals with information and communication technologies and network technologies, for 13 billion dollars. The Wall Street Journal reports this, citing some sources, according to whom the acquisition would allow Hewlett Packard Enterprise to position itself for the era ofartificial intelligence. The indiscretion gives wings to Juniper shares, which gain 25% in after hours trading.
