Francisco Chávez, who imitates the Argentine singer-songwriter defended his place and sang the emblematic song “Flaca”.
After the battle, the jury did not agree with the presentations. The impersonator of the late Soda Stereo vocalist failed to convince them and received harsh criticism of his performance.
“It seemed like a school battle to me,” said Katia Palma.
For his part, Mauri Stern was not satisfied with the performance of ‘Cerati’. “This is a character that if you are telling me that you have worked on it, then abandon it because it is not yours.”
Faced with the imitation of ‘Andrés Calamaro’, Mauri gave him some recommendations so that he can improve his work.
“The color is there, but the body of Calamaro’s voice has more power,” explained the former Magneto member.
After hearing the return of the jury, Francisco Chávez managed to keep his place in the competition, while ‘Gustavo Cerati’ was eliminated from the program.
