Tuesday was the first warm day in a while, according to Meltio, and the ground could be dug with a shovel.

The Regional Defense Forces are made up of volunteer civilians who register with the state and thereby obtain their weapons.

According to Meltio, the atmosphere in the troops had recharged. President of Russia Vladimir Putinia slandered and sniffed without sparing words.
