HS Helsinki A vegan activist stepped out of a tent in front of Itäkeskus’ KFC restaurant – A man tried to give a speech but was thrown out of the mall

The tent that appeared on Tallinn Square in November has aroused astonishment. On Thursday, the camping was revealed as a kidnapping for animal rights activists.

East Center A tent set up in Tallinn Square was revealed in protest of animal rights.

The Kentucky Fried Chicken fast food chain (KFC) opened in the East Center on Thursday morning. Three days before the restaurant opened, a tent appeared in the square, where the resident remained hidden.

The social media speculated that the man had camped at the scene to wait for the opening of KFC. The first customer was promised a reward of the year with free-range chickens. The next 25 queuers had been promised ten-liter chicken baskets.

“I like chickens,” the man commented to HS inside the tent on Wednesday.

As the opening begins on Thursday BenjaminTent came out of the tent and revealed himself to be the founder of a group of activists called Viral Vegans.

Other activists belonging to the same group also came to the queue.

The queue is filmed in front of KFC on Thursday morning.

The group the bulletin says the intention was to be in the queue first and then refuse free products.

Viral Vegans lost their first queue in the final meters, but activists managed to get attention.

Videos shared on social media show how guards carried a man speaking for animal rights out of the mall.
