The high numbers of infections that the Region of Murcia has been dragging in recent weeks continue to translate into an escalation in hospital admissions, which this Monday reached the highest figure since March 15 with 139 inmates. According to data from the Epidemiology Service, of the 473 new cases, 126 correspond to the municipality of Murcia, 88 to Cartagena, 26 to Molina de Segura, 23 to Lorca, 15 to San Javier, 12 to Águilas, 12 to Cieza, 11 to Mula, 11 to Yecla, 10 to Archena, 10 to Mazarrón, 10 to San Pedro del Pinatar, 10 to La Unión, nine to Caravaca de la Cruz, eight to Las Torres de Cotillas, seven to Jumilla, seven to Torre Pacheco, six to Alcantarilla, six to Campos del Río, five to Abarán and five to Alhama de Murcia. The rest are distributed by the other municipalities.
