Navolato.- After hours of intense searching and a false alarm in the municipality of Navolato they found the body of José Carlosthe 4-year-old boy who, along with other minors, fell into an irrigation canal in the town of Los Sauceda.
Elements of Civil Protection of Navolato in conjunction with firefighters of said municipality were the ones who finally they found the little corpse. At this time, the support of personnel from the state attorney general’s office is being requested to be the competent authority that denies carrying out the investigation work at the site.
It was at 00:09 on Wednesday, after midnight. In the town of El Bolsón, more than 5 kilometers were searched during the day and night.
It should be noted that the disappearance of the Infante occurred last Monday afternoon and since then his family as well as the authority have been in charge of implementing an operation throughout said channel without positive results.
The body is already on land and it is expected that the corresponding proceedings will be carried out so that it will later be taken to the forensic medical service facilities where law studies will continue and in this way the body can be delivered to its relatives.

Tragedy
Yesterday afternoon, Monday, February 21, the 4-year-old boy fell into the irrigation channel of the Los Sauceda community, belonging to La Palma, Navolato, while playing on a toy ATV with three other children.
Around 2:50 p.m., the report was raised to the 911 emergency numbers with the information on the accident. Two girls and a boy were successfully rescued, however, José Carlos did not have the same luck.
It was local residents who took the infants out of the water prior to the arrival of the authorities, and who since then have maintained a search brigade together with Firefighters and Civil Protection.
