Honda’s division in China, the Wuyang-Honda, launched two models of motorcycles in that country that cost the price of an average cell phone in Brazil: they are the U-BE and U-GO scooters.
The U-BE has three versions, which cost 3,099, 3,450 and 3,750 Chinese yuan, that is, R$ 2,586, R$ 2,879 and R$ 3,130, in the Chinese yuan Ptax this Friday (20).

According to the company, the motorcycle’s lithium battery has a range of up to 85 km (48V/24Ah). There are three battery options: 48V15Ah, 48V20Ah and 48V24Ah. The vehicle reaches a maximum speed of 25 km/h.
U-GO, in turn, has two versions that sell for 7,499 and 7,999 Chinese yuan, or R$ 6,259 and R$ 6,676.
The lithium battery achieves a range of up to 130 km. The model reaches a top speed of 53 km/h.
Honda has not yet disclosed whether the models can be sold in Brazil.
