Hockey Two puckers fell in the middle of a match from a trough into a melting pit for ice in an ice machine in Switzerland

Arnaud Montandon tackled himself and Tyler Higgins out of the trough in the Swiss League, the second-tier hockey game in Switzerland, on Thursday night.

Christmas Eve the previous round of hockey in Switzerland got a special turn in the opening round of the match between HC Sierre and SC Langenthal, when Sierren Arnaud Montandon taklasi himself and Tyler Higginsin to the icy bath.

Taklaus, 30, was not particularly fast-paced, but his misfortune hurt at the edge of a poorly closed trough.

The edges of the Graben Ice Rink opened, and the duo fell into a melting pit for the ice machine.

Montandon told a Swiss newspaper on Christmas Eve Blickin in an interview, an icy water bath offered him more fear than harm. A video of the confusing situation was also published in connection with the news.

“I honestly don’t know if I would remember the situation if I hadn’t seen the material on it afterwards,” Montandon said.

Montandon dived into the pit filled with snow and water after the air flight he described as damn like above. Fortunately for the players, the deep pit was not empty.

“Imagine a situation where I am in full force. I’m hot, and so are my gear. At the same time, the temperature drops from 37 to 38 degrees, probably close to zero, ”the attacker described.

Luckily, he was able to stand in the pit before the Helpers got him up.

“I don’t know how it would have ended if I had had to swim,” Montandon said.

Montandon returned to reality after a special episode after visiting the locker room first. He said he received more messages after the match than ever on his birthday and hugged his wife when he got home.

“I don’t know how it would have ended if I had had to swim.”

Hockey player the wife was not watching the match because she is in her last pregnancy.

“I think she would have given birth in Graben if she had been there,” Montando laughed at Blick’s interview.

He said he talked about the case with Higgins, a Canadian Swiss man. According to Montandon, Higgins was the player who helped him the most.

HC Sierre lost 2 to 3 goals in the Swiss League match on the eve of the night. Montandon said on Christmas Eve that his back still resembles falling from a trough, but believed he would be physically fit as Sierre’s season continues on December 28th.

What about mentally, Blick magazine asked.

“It’s a question I have to ask myself. I may have to walk around the troughs to see if there is a pit behind the edge, ”he replied, adding that it would have ended up being global news for some other reason.
