That Hideo Kojima was engaged in new jobs seemed quite evident, already with his goal of making the leap into the sector dedicated to music, films and TV series with his studio Kojima Productions, but now according to a new Twitter post it seems that he is revisiting a old project remained in the cellar for about a year.
Just in the last few days it is the news of the aforementioned division based in Los Angeles, California, has opened its doors for the creation of entertainment products that move away from the classic videogame sector that we have always approached the name of Kojima.
The fact that the producer is working on another project has been known for some months, with the research there is a talent casting for the realization. Also thanks to the post on social media of the audio director of Kojima Productions, Ludvig Forossell, who said he was working on an unannounced title, only to find out it was a job away from the production house.
Today, Hideo Kojima himself shared a post with a rather cryptic description on Twitter, which launched fans into the most disparate speculations. As you can see below, this is an out of focus photo that shows a crew in the process of setting up some lights in a studio… but it’s the description that has sparked the spirits.

The words of Hideo Kojima reconfirm the working on an old script, but we are still unaware of the nature of the new project. According to some fans, the individual with a white shirt and black pants it could be Norman Reedus, but the sharpness is too low to say for sure.
Perhaps we will be able to find out more during the next edition of The Game Awards: the presenter Geoff Keighley replied to Kojima’s post with the typical eye emoji, which generally suggests that we know what’s cooking. We’ll see in a few days.
