Israel killed a top military leader of the pro-Iran group Hezbollah in an attack in the south of Lebanona security source told AFP, raising fears that the conflict in Loop spread to the region.

The head of diplomacy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, declared on Saturday from Beirut that Lebanon should not “be dragged into a regional conflict.”
“It is imperative to avoid a regional escalation in the Middle East, it is absolutely necessary to prevent Lebanon from being dragged into a regional conflict,” said Borrell, who met with a Hezbollah official.
