Here’s how to go about fundraising on GoFundMe
Today we are going to tell you a truly delicate story, which struck us to the heart. The protagonist is Mufasa, for all Mufy, who since he was 2 months has started having problems moving and walking. He is now 9 months old and unfortunately the situation has not yet been resolved. Help Mufasa, the Bernese Mountain Dog puppy she needs the help of all of us for the interventions and treatments necessary to get better.
The story was told by owners of Mufasa, Gianfranco and Francesca, on the man’s Facebook page. Mufy met his family forever on July 23, 2021, when he was only 9 months old. Right from the start he showed difficulty walking.
His family immediately took him to the vet, who diagnosed a serious one hip dysplasia, patella dislocation and extra rotation of the metatarsals. The puppy was very small and had just found his family, who have been doing everything to make him feel better ever since.
At 5 months the doctors subjected him to trochleoplasty, to keep the patella in place and avoid worsening. Later he had to do a lot of physiotherapy and rehabilitation in the pool. But she still needs another surgery to correct the lateral tibia.
The second operation consists in cutting the shins to rotate them in the correct direction. Obviously, all these treatments have a cost, as will the hip prostheses that he will have to put on. For this reason, Mufasa’s family asks for help from those who can help them.
You too can help Mufasa, the Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, to walk: here’s how
We are really doing our best to give him the opportunity to live a life without suffering, but we are starting to have some difficulties. I was not convinced to ask for help, as Mufasa was our choice, but now we realize that we do alone fatigue.
To help Gianfranco and Francesca take care of Mufasa, just share their story or donate just the cost of a coffee to fundraising activated on GoFundMe. It doesn’t take much to help this sweet little dog. Do you want to help Mufy too?
