Helldivers 2 will receive new content, enemies and challenges over time. Apparently by inspecting the game files you can find a number of land vehicles and even force its activation within online matches.
As we can see in the clips below, some players have managed to activate some Stratagems not yet officially available, but already included in the game files and fully functional, including a sort of jeep, an APC and an armored vehicleall vehicles that could certainly be useful in long offensive missions where it is sometimes necessary to cover long distances on foot.
Mechs coming soon?
Before the opening of the Helldivers 2 servers, Arrowhead Games Studio had published a trailer announcing the arrival of pilotable mechs after launch and apparently their implementation could be imminent.
Not only did the team confirm on Discord that “the mechs have been ready for a while” and, as in the case of the vehicles above, some players in the community have managed to actually use them in the game. Other news could concern the introduction of a new factionor the Illuminati, also already present in the first Helldivers.
At the moment it is not clear whether all these elements will be added together in a sort of mega-update or whether they will be published in stages in order to keep players' attention high in the coming weeks.
