Health, Patriarca: “Refinancing Alzheimer’s Fund is a useful tool for managing complex pathology”

“The refinancing of the Alzheimer’s Fund was a battle won, as it was refinanced with an amount more than double the previous allocation, currently allocated at 35 million euros and it is an important tool available to the Regions. We hope that effective projects will be made to give the best possible answers to those who expect this funding to help them manage a pathology that is increasingly complex”. Thus, Annarita Patriarca, member of the Social Affairs Commission and intergroup co-president for neurosciences, on the sidelines of the presentation event, organized by Airalzh, the Italian Alzheimer Research Association Onlus, on the occasion of its tenth anniversary of foundation, of the awareness campaign to invite the population to be more aware of the benefits of a correct lifestyle and to adopt them also as a prevention for dementia.
