The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (Aesan) orders the immediate withdrawal of these meat products from Spain
New health alert. The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) prohibits consumption and requests the immediate withdrawal of various sausagesdistributed practically throughout Spain, by presence of listeria.
The organization has reported through a release that this bacteria has been detected in four meat products from the MRM brand. It was the company itself that notified the health authorities of the incident with the aim of “not making unsafe food available to the population,” according to the entity.
The Aesan indicates which are the affected meats so that people who have some at home refrain from eating them.

The Aesan, an organization belonging to the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030, has prohibited citizens from eating these sausages.

If you have consumed any and present symptoms compatible with listeriosis (vomiting, diarrhea or fever), “it is recommended to go to a health center.” Likewise, the importance of «take extreme hygiene measures to avoid cross contamination with other products.
