Alerted by a call reporting the theft inside the courtyard of a house in Recale, near Caserta, the officers began to search the area, finding the petty thief's car packed with headlights, and a little further on a man intent on operating on another car. The Arsenio Lupine of the light shop, a 40-year-old from Mondragone, was so concentrated that he didn't notice the arrival of the Carabinieri, who arrested him on charges of aggravated theft and receiving stolen goods.
