Eduardo “N” was sentenced to 66 years in prison after being found guilty of his participation in the crime of femicide to the detriment of her partner sentimental, committed in 2016 in the municipality of Cuautitlán, reported the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM).
As reported, the crime occurred in a building located on Pirules street in the Paseo de Cuautitlán subdivision, when Eduardo “N” and the victim started an argumentin which the now sentenced physically assaulted the woman and then strangled her wearing a tie.
After depriving the woman of her life, he stole several valuables from the house and fled aboard a vehicle with an unknown destination.
Due to these facts, the FGJEM An investigation was initiated and with the procedures carried out, it was possible to establish the responsibility of the man sentenced today in the homicide.
Eduardo “N” was arrested and admitted to a state prison, where he was made available to the Judicial Authority.
After having examined the evidence collected and provided by the Agent of the Public Ministry, the Judicial Body handed down the sentence for the individual.
Besides the sentence of 66 years in prisona fine of 325,904 pesos and 159,957 pesos were imposed as reparation for the damage, while his civil and political rights were suspended.
