If you thought that “Blonde”, with Ana de Armas, was the only biopic of Netflix that was running, well you’re wrong. According to Variety, streaming is already developing its next biographical production, although this time it will not lean towards a Hollywood legend, but will instead focus on the life of a porn myth.
Yes, just as you read. The big red N has greenlit a seven-part drama titled “supersex”whose story will bring us closer to the famous Rocco Siffredi, an adult film actor who has more than 1,500 hot titles under his name.
What will it be about?
“Supersex” is described by Netflix (via Variety) as “a deep story that runs through his life since childhood.” In this way, we will witness the lesser-known details and the most human passages in Siffredi’s well-known career, who will be fictionalized by the Italian actor Alessandro Borghi (“The eight mountains”).
The production will address the origins of the artist, his love relationships and “the starting point and the context that led him to embark on his path in pornography.”
“‘super sex’ is the story of a man who takes seven episodes and 350 minutes to say ‘I love you’, to accept that the devil in his body is compatible with love. To do this, he must expose the only part of him that we have never seen: the soul of him, ”explained the project’s screenwriter, Francesca Manieri, who has become known as a prominent Italian feminist.
For now there is no specific date, but the show is expected to premiere globally in 2023.
