Ciudad Juarez.- Two women and a man were attacked tonight inside a home located on Calixto Conteras and General Luis Gutiérrez streets, in the Revolución Mexicana neighborhood, when a man allegedly came to the house to look for a member of that family and when he did not find him, he shot at the people who were in the house.
According to witnesses, the perpetrator broke into the house and shot at the three people who were in the living room, then fled on foot towards Ponciano Arriaga Avenue. The attacker was wearing a red shirt and, according to residents of the area, they were able to hear at least 10 shots.
At the scene, which was cordoned off by soldiers and members of the National Guard, emergency medical technicians from the Red Cross and Municipal Rescue were seen intervening when the perimeter was secured.
The people wounded by the bullet are out of danger and a woman got out of the ambulance on her own, while the other two are being treated and it will soon be determined whether they will be referred to a public hospital.
Based on information provided by survivors of the armed attack, members of various police forces are searching for the attacker, who is still armed, municipal police reported.
