At the beginning of this year it was announced that there is a possibility for the realization of a Harry Potter series through HBO Max. Although the world paused for a moment at the exciting announcement, it is unknown if it will come true in the near future. Now, it has been Daniel Radcliffe himself who has unleashed a new gossip in networks.
As detailed by Screen Rant (via The Wrap), the actor who played ‘The boy who lived’ in fiction, he told the Happy Sad podcast, confused that if he had the opportunity to return to the young wizard’s universe, he would give life to a role different from the one that brought him world fame.
“I’d probably like to be Sirius or Lupine. Those were always the two characters that I thought, ‘They’re great.’ And also, obviously, I’m influenced by my experience shooting those scenes, with those people, and they’re like some of my favorite memories, ”Radcliffe said.
As recalled, both roles were part of The marauders, whose full list also included Peter Pettigrew and James Potter. The four were great friends during their time at Hogwarts, given that they were located in the same house: Gryffindor, although fans will remember the fate they each fell into after Peter’s betrayal.
For its part, at the beginning of June, Tom felton -Draco Malfoy in the saga- confessed to People magazine his wishes to re-enact his role in a possible project related to Harry Potter. “If you ask me if I’m going to dye myself blonde again to be Draco, absolutely. Either (him or Lucius). I’ll play Draco’s son if you really want to! Any chance to be a Malfoy again will be very welcome. (…) I feel like if someone else played (Draco), I would feel a bit possessive. “
