Reuters quoted two Egyptian security sources as saying that there was “an agreement between America, Israel and Egypt on a ceasefire in southern Gaza that begins at six in the morning GMT.”
The two sources did not specify the duration of the truce, but said it would last “several hours.”
They added that the three countries also agreed to continue opening the Rafah border crossing until 2 p.m. GMT on Monday “in principle.”
