BANDAI NAMCO Europe announced that the collection .hack // GU LAST RECODE will be released on Nintendo Switch. Already available on PlayStation 4, the title will be released on the hybrid console of the Kyoto house on 11 March 2022 exclusively in digital format. The collection includes within it the chapters of the original trilogy (Rebirth, Reminisce and Redemption) plus the fourth unpublished chapter Reconnection.

BANDAI NAMCO Europe announced today .hack // GU LAST RECODE for Nintendo Switch. The .hack // GU franchise was born from a collaboration between two giants of Japanese animation: Ito Kazunori (Mobile Police PATLABOR) and Sadamoto Yoshiyuki (Neon Genesis Evangelion), and gave birth to a futuristic JRPG focused on “The World ”, A virtual MMORPG but with real world consequences.
By re-entering the .hack // GU series, players will take on the role of Haseo, who intends to track down the Tri-Edge Player Killer to avenge his friend Shino, who was killed in the game but in a coma in real life.

The remaster of LAST RECODE, previously released on PS4, includes all three original titles, Rebirth, Reminisces, Redemption, as well as a fourth and final story, Reconnection, now fully remastered and renewed for Nintendo Switch to celebrate 20° anniversary of the franchise.
.hack // GU LAST RECODE will be available digitally from 11 March 2022 for Nintendo Switch.
