‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’
The series consists of eight chapters that are released every Friday
With the arrival of the month of September, one of the most ambitious audiovisual bets of recent times has been released. Amazon hits the table on the platform board and presents its adaptation of ‘The Lord of the Rings’. The first two episodes of the series are available from Friday, September 2 on the Prime Video service. Amazon has decided to offer two chapters at the same time to make more noise and so that, in this way, the final installment does not coincide with that of ‘The House of the Dragon’ and that reduces its impact.
The blockbuster consists of eight chapters, which can be seen every Friday. Despite the fact that in the first week two were released at the same time, in the following weeks only one will be presented. It also changes the time each delivery will be available. From Friday, September 9, the episodes will be offered at 6:00 in the morning.
For how long can ‘The Rings of Power’ be enjoyed? When does it finish? What day will the next delivery be available? This is the schedule provided by Amazon:
Chapter 1: ‘A shadow from the past’
Chapter 2: ‘Adrift’
The first two chapters of the series based on the world of Tolkien premiered on September 2. Both are directed by Juan Antonio Bayona. This first double installment lays the foundations for a choral story that once again transports us as a dedicated audience to Middle-earth. The calm precedes the storm on a journey that handles the mechanisms of nostalgia well and carefully respects Tolkien’s legacy.

Chapter 3: ‘Adar’
It premiered on September 9 at 6 o’clock in the morning. The chapter definitely lays the foundations for the choral story and underlines its message: unity is strength. Solidarity, tolerance and twinning against evil

Chapter 4: ‘The Great Wave’
It premiered on September 16 at 6 am. The fourth chapter goes as slowly as it is safe, showing all the cards of him. Satisfying the general public is difficult and can reduce the charisma of a series that slows down in the middle of the adventure.

Chapter 5: Separations
It premiered on September 23 at 6 am. Loyalty and hope, with the shadow of betrayal, form the backbone of a story that is becoming more similar in concept to ‘Game of Thrones’ than to Tolkien’s original work.

Chapter 6: Udûn
It premiered on September 30 at 6 o’clock in the morning.
Chapter 7: October 7.
At 6 o’clock in the morning. The sixth chapter of the series ends on a high, but reaching its devastating climax is agonizing. At last the firecracker lights up, or so it seems.

Chapter 8: October 14.
At 6 o’clock in the morning.
