The data presented on the advances in the quality of education in Latin America are worrying. Carlos Henríquez, member of UNESCO’s Latin American Laboratory for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education, lamented that the continent has been stagnant since 2013 in this regard and that 4 out of 10 children cannot develop basic teaching skills.
