The topic of the day is only one: GTA 6. Rockstar Games’ next adventure was at the center of an immense leak. As always, however, how to know if the leak is credible? The developers will certainly not confirm, but luckily the always well informed thinks about it Jason Schreier by Bloomberg, who states that the leaks are true and that for Rockstar Games all of this is a nightmare.
The statements by Jason Schreier were shared via Twitter, where the Bloomberg reporter wrote, “Not that there was much doubt, but I got a confirmation from some Rockstar sources that this weekend’s huge GTA 6 leak is indeed true.”
He continues: “The videos are from an early development stage and show incomplete content, of course one of the biggest leaks in history of video games and a nightmare for Rockstar Games “.
From the point of view of Rockstar Games the situation is serious for many reasons. First of all, it highlights a flaw in the company’s security system, as a person was able to access content that should have remained secret. Furthermore, it seems that the hacker also obtained the GTA 6 code and not just the videos.
To all this is added the fact that the game had never been shown before and, in the videogame field, the very first presentations are vital to give buyers a precise impression of the game. GTA 6 is still a long way off, too, so Rockstar Games certainly had long-term plans to create “hype” around the video game: that users see such content is now problematic for the company.
We’ll see if Rockstar Games will decide to release an official statement regarding these GTA 6 leaks or if he will prefer to ignore it and simply wait for the waters to calm down.
Finally, we leave you to our news that includes all 90 video leaks of GTA 6.
