Grupo La Marcha intend to give a different twist to the classic norteño

Originally from Guamúchil, Sinaloa, the group La Marcha made up of Jesús López Sánchez (sixth bass and first voice), Marcos Cuevas (second voice), José Abel Rubio (electric bass), Román Cota (accordion) and Fernando Higuera (drums) began in 2013 the dream of five young music lovers to conquer and fall in love with the hearts of the public.

Likewise, the Sinaloan musicians recalled their beginnings in music who highlighted that for eight years they have forged their dreams, without leaving aside that simplicity and humility that characterizes them, they were also proud of the support they have received from day one until today. “We started in the group approximately eight years ago, in 2013, we had all been playing since we were in high school, but we had all known each other since childhood in the neighborhood and then we realized what we liked and that was when we decided to start in the group and we started working on the group in private events and that’s how we started and now we see the growth we’ve had and we infinitely thank the public for all the support we’ve received”, they concluded.

Degree in Communication Sciences, graduated from the University of the Gulf of Mexico in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa. She is currently editor of shows for the newspaper EL DEBATE. She began her work in the media in 2013 on television, covering both local news stories and shows.
