The aid and rescue group Caresur formally inaugurated its second base in the municipality of Mazatlán (The first is in Villa Unión).
For years, families in this community they had requested this servicesince in the area they register a lots of accidents and, due to the distances, it took a long time for rescuers to arrive from Mazatlán or Villa Unión. Barrón is a town belonging to the union of Villa Unión.
Mauricio Avilapresident of Caresur, said that with this new operational base they seek to give safety and peace of mind for families who live in this area, who, from now on, will have at their disposal a emergency group close and ready to act in case of need, he stressed.
The inaugural act of the base was attended by the secretary of the City Council, Edgar Gonzalez; the municipal Civil Protection coordinator, Eloy Ruiz Gastelum; the commissioner Abel Antony; Philip Aguilarleader of the Farmers of the rural area; Antonio Lizarraga, president of the Livestock Association; Y Jose Guadalupe Hernandez Lopeztechnician in Medical Emergencies, in charge of cutting the inaugural ribbon.
The new base is located in the Barrón baseball stadium, specifically in the old municipal police stationright at the entrance of the community.
