Grosseto, 5 boys aged 14 and 15 reported for cyberbullying against a classmate forced into Dad for serious disability

The State Police, through the policemen of the Postal and Communications Police Department of Florence and of the Grosseto Section, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Minors of Florence, has reported 5 boys.

The complaints, in the province of Grossetoinvolve adolescents aged 14 and 15, for persecutory acts against their peers, with the aggravating circumstances of having acted for purposes of discrimination and ethnic hatred, as well as to the detriment of a person with severe disability and for abject reasons or for ” bullying”.

The activity of judicial police was born from a complaint presented by a teacher, to which the boy’s mother had turned, worried and embittered for having discovered on the WhatsApp group of the class, which included only the classmates and the son, countless messages from the tenor offensive, discriminatory, racist, violent towards his own child, forced to attend school remotely, cd. DAD, because he is subject to long periods of hospitalization, as he is suffering from severe disability.

The Postal specialists immediately extrapolated the chat of interest, ascertaining and identifying the boys responsible for the offensive and discriminatory conduct which allowed the Judicial Authority, in the person of the Chief Prosecutor Dr. Antonio Sangermano, to issue 5 search orders against the holders of the identified social profiles. All measures carried out this morning.

During the operations, elements of crime were found against the recipients of the provision and further developments could emerge from the analysis of the seized devices.
