One reason behind this backlog is that the company is currently going through some supply related problems due to which so many bookings are pending.
8,000 bookings of Royal Enfield Meteor
The company has recently launched this bike in the 350cc segment. This bike has received good response in India. So far, more than 8,000 bookings have been made of this bike. The company has set a target to sell 1 lakh bikes every month in India. In October, the company sold 70,000 bikes.

The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 has been launched in India for Rs 1,75,825. Launched in 3 variants like Fireball, Stellar and Supernova and launched in Yellow, Black and Red color, this bike will compete with Honda H’Ness CB350 and Jawa twins.
The engine of Meteor is strong
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is powered by an air-cooled single cylinder engine of BS6 compliant 349 cc, which can generate 20.5hp power and 27Nm torque. This Dhansu bike is launched with a 5 speed gearbox. For the first time in the Meteor 350, Royal Enfield has given smart connectivity, so that you can connect and control your phone with the help of Royal Enfield app. Also, by connecting navigation from the phone itself, the instrument can be seen in the cluster.
