Publisher Bethesda and development team Tango Gameworks have announced the postponement of the release window of Ghostwire: Tokyo. Initially scheduled for 2021, the game will be released in early 2022, on PlayStation 5 and PC.
Here is the message with which the companies announced the postponement:
We have decided to postpone the launch of Ghostwire: Tokyo to early 2022. We want to get the game in your hands as soon as possible so that you can experience the unforgettable version of haunted Tokyo that we are working hard on. At the same time, we focus on preserving everyone’s health inside Tango. Our new release window will give us the time it takes to bring the world of Ghostwire to life the way we’ve always imagined it. Thanks for your patience, we are working to give you an experience unlike anything we’ve ever done. We look forward to showing you more in the coming months.
