Greifenberg – A man from Baden-Württemberg died in an accident in the Austrian Alps. The 57-year-old had started a sightseeing flight with his paraglider from the Emberger Alm in Carinthia (Austria). As the police announced on Sunday evening, the 57-year-old was hit by a gust of wind in the afternoon immediately after the start at around 4 p.m. near Greifenburg. His paraglider collapsed. The pilot initially managed to stabilize his aircraft again, but then he was hit by a gust again.
